Exciting news on Mar's Musings this week! 

I'm currently in Bath, reminiscing about the place where I first ventured out from my home in Singapore to study economics and econometrics at the University of Bath. Returning here for a mentorship weekend with Jenny Mackewn, a mentor and coach, feels like a profound journey back to my roots.

This weekend's training on systemic embodied coaching and 4D mapping has been immensely transformative. It's an embodiment journey, delving into reading systems, going beyond the mind, and exploring different ways of knowing. This experience has been particularly special as, since becoming a mother, opportunities like these have become rarer. This has been a chance to not only engage with a group but also to practise my coaching skills, work through personal issues, and go deep within myself.

During a nature walk, I picked a card that resonated deeply - "Grace." Being back in Bath has allowed me to reconnect with the essence of grace and come full circle to where I started my undergraduate journey. It's been a moment of profound realisation.

As my son approaches four, I've felt a shift. It's time for me to re-enter and work towards financial independence. Bath, where I originally learned about financial independence through my studies and subsequent career in finance, feels like a place of reconnection and strength. I'm plugging back into the energy that propelled me forward and aiming to carry this energy to empower the women I work with.

Returning to the UK, where I spent a significant part of my adult life, brings a sense of regeneration. Bath, with its ancient Roman energy and teachings from the land, feels like a place of deep reconnection. This experience marks a full circle, allowing me to pick up these energies and embark on a fresh start for the year.

This year holds promise as I've established a new office and am excited about the concrete roots of what I want to offer the world. From leadership training to financial freedom for women, Aligned Leaders, personal mentorship, and various projects, there's a multitude of offerings in the making.
