My objective is to get you to make Aligned Money - to make money from what you love to do! We're going to address the 3 biggest problems that stop women from launching their "soul business" :
Money blocks & Self-confidence (they don’t actually believe they can make money from their passion)
Hiding behind their own fears (stuck in their shells and not letting their light shine)
They are taken over by the should’s of life, and don’t believe that they have the skills to launch their business (or just don’t know where to start).

This exclusive one-on-one time is an intimate container where we dedicate the time to what your individual needs are, you will have one-on-one coaching sessions and access to Mar through email and chat to get the fullest support.

Mar works in different ways to bring her expertise to organisations and businesses - through talks, customised facilitation, and the Aligned Leaders methodology.
Since 2018, she has delivered empowering speeches to universities and organisations to inspire on the topics of regenerative thinking, a new relationship to money, and living a life aligned with purpose.
She co-founded Aligned Leaders the B2B coaching part of her business in 2021.
Aligned Leaders works with organisations to create a fresh thinking and efficient business from the inside out.
The methodology is a journey through individual self-awareness - contributing to a conscious internal culture - which nurtures purposeful creative and optimized business output.
It unlocks performance and encourages innovation!
Aligned Leaders is a hybrid program customized to the needs and challenges of the organization, using established methodologies and tools to achieve measurable results.
It combines the pillars of Counscious Leadership, Systemic Embodied Coaching, and includes tools such as 3D maps to bring a whole approach.
The custom program is adopted to the needs of the organisation, delivered presentially or online from weekly sessions to 2 day intensives.
